Comments: I highly recommend Dr. Brian Flowers. He is very skilled with a kind heart and wonderful bedside manner. I came to him barely being able to walk without assistance from a cane and soon moved to a walker because of a hip joint that was arthritically impaired. The great thing about Dr. Flowers is that he doesn't just jump out and do surgery, he tried other therapies first. But when this didn't work, he then recommended the hip joint replacement surgery. The particular surgery that he does for hip joint replacement enabled me to be fully functional earlier than I thought possible. Important to this good recovery is the physical therapy component. I went to these appointments and did all of the recommended exercises for home. In the third week post surgery, I began driving as there was no further need for pain medicine. Dr. Flowers has honed his skills to perfection and he is a great patient advocate. As I said at the start of this review, I recommend him highly. Anyone seeing Dr. Flowers will receive the highest level of care.
