Comfort Food

Many people would describe themselves as "comfort eaters"--when they are stressed out they tend to eat junk food in order to temporarily feel better. Studies have shown that healthier diets are clearly linked to better psychological health.

So the next time that you are feeling stressed out--put down the donut and pick up a piece of fruit instead. It will be good for your physical AND mental health!
