Kristin Helpingstine, PTA

Kristin is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She attended the University of Houston where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She then earned her PTA degree from Houston Community College. Kristin has been with SROSM since 2013 and was brought on to build the aquatic program.

Kristin’s area of interest is aquatic therapy and she is passionate about sharing the ways it can help a variety of patients reach their goals.

Outside SROSM, Kristin loved spending time with her family, quilting and sewing. Kristin grew up competitively swimming then moved into teaching kids to swim/coaching swim team.
