Amy Lindsay Howe, MD
Dr. Amy Lindsay Howe is a Board Certified Neurologist who has been in private practice since 2007. Dr. Howe was born in Michigan but is practically a native Houstonian since she has lived here since she was nine years old. After graduating from Spring Woods High School in 1993 she attended Texas A&M and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 1997.
She fulfilled her basic sciences training at Texas Tech University and completed her medical training at The University of Texas Medical School at Houston, where she also completed an internship in internal medicine and a residency in neurology. She went on to complete a fellowship in Neuromuscular Disease at the Baylor College of Medicine before starting her practice.
Dr. Howe is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Howe treats multiple neurological conditions, including headaches and migraines, pinched nerves or radiculopathy, neck and back pain, seizures, dizziness, concussions, balance problems, muscle diseases, and memory problems.
Dr. Howe is a mother of three boys and four stepchildren, and has two granddaughters. She enjoys working out, tennis, and is a 1st Dan black belt in Tae Kwon Do. She is also an avid Rockets fan! Dr. Howe is a follower of Christ and prays for her staff and patients every day. She has a passion for international missions work.
