William M. Hayes, M.D., F.A.A.O.S.
Dr. William Hayes is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon and a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons as well as the Arthroscopy Association of North America. Dr. Hayes is a Texas A&M Former Student, Honors graduate of University of Texas Health Science Center – SA as well as The University of New Mexico Orthopaedics Residency Program. He was elected into Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.
Dr. Hayes performed the first cartilage transplant in Houston. He has modified arthroscopic techniques in the knee to include minimally invasive ACL reconstruction. His special interests include disorders of the shoulder, ranging from pain in an overhead athlete to the rotator cuff deficient shoulder in the elderly.
Dr. Hayes serves as volunteer faculty for Conroe Family Practice Residency, training physicians in diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of sports injuries. He continues to participate as teaching faculty for AANA, teaching other orthopaedic surgeons arthroscopic techniques. He serves as team physician for many local high schools. Dr. Hayes is also a consultant to USA Soccer and USA Gymnastics.
Dr. Hayes and his wife Denise have lived in the Woodlands since 1997. They have two children, Maddie and Peyton, both excellent golfers.

Keith W. V. Johnson, M.D., F.A.A.O.S.
Dr. Keith Johnson is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon and is fellowship trained in arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the knee, hip and shoulder and in treatment of athletic injuries. He is an active member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He serves as a consultant with the men’s U.S. national soccer team and is a team physician for the Texas Tornado volleyball club.
Dr. Johnson graduated with honors from the Boston University School of Medicine and was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, where his is an active member. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency training at the University of Southern California, where he served as Chief Resident and was the recipient of multiple distinguished surgical and teaching awards.
Dr. Johnson received further subspecialty fellowship training in sports medicine and arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery. He is one of the few sports orthopaedic surgeons in Houston who has been fellowship trained in hip arthroscopy as well as the knee and shoulder. He continues to pioneer current techniques in arthroscopic and minimally invasive reconstructive surgery with specific focus on the highly competitive and recreational athlete to restore optimal function with return to peak performance.
Dr. Johnson is committed to serving his community as a caring and compassionate orthopaedic surgeon. He and his wife Rebecca reside in The Woodlands and are the proud and devoted parents of three beautiful children: Luke, Megan, and Matthew.

Eileen Wu, M.D.
Dr. Eileen Wu is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon. She graduated medical school from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and completed her orthopaedic surgery residency training at the University of Arizona Medical Center. She received sub-specialty training in sports medicine at Orthopaedic Research of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia.
Dr. Wu is a very compassionate and talented orthopaedic surgeon. She specializes in sports medicine, adult reconstruction and other musculoskeletal disorders. She has also received training in complex adult and pediatric fractures. Dr. Wu has a special interest in the care of athletic injuries, including ACL tears and meniscal injuries, but also common ailments of the shoulder such as rotator cuff tears or tendinitis. She is also proficient in adult joint reconstruction of the shoulder and knee.
Dr. Wu’s commitment to taking care of people is reflected throughout her life. She actively participates in volunteer mission trips to foreign countries. Dr. Wu loves to travel, enjoys hiking and watching movies and musicals. She resides in The Woodlands, Texas with her husband.
